Body Paragraph

In the book “The Great Gatsby” by F. Scott Fitzgerald, It tells the story of the wealthy Jay Gatsby and his love for the married Daisy Buchanan, exploring themes of wealth, love, and the corruption of the American dream. But not only is the story about wealth and love. The novel depicts first-person narrator Nick Carraway's interactions with mysterious millionaire Jay Gatsby and Gatsby's obsession to reunite with his former lover, Daisy Buchanan. Gatsbys obsession with daisy causes him to go insane and cause a lot of chaos. Nick on the other hand is just an average guy who recently moved in to the area with his fellow neighbor gatsby. And the rest was history from there. What I really enjoyed about The Great Gatsby is for its ability to capture the ideal of the American Dream and for its continued relevance. The main themes in The Great Gatsby are the American Dream, love, money, and corruption.
