It tells the story of the mysterious millionaire Jay Gatsby as observed by Nick Carraway, a Midwesterner who lives on Long Island. Gatsby is known for his lavish parties and his desire to reunite with his lost love, Daisy Buchanan, who is married to the wealthy.
