ALLDATA is the industry leader in providing factory repair information utilized by more than 70,000 shops. ALLDATA gives single vehicle access to all the diagrams, repair information, and detailed technical service bulletins/recalls for your vehicle.

ALLDATA is easy to use and contains all of the original manufacturers’s repair, diagnostic and repair procedures. Easy to use navigation and search tools allow you to quickly get to the info you need to do the job. Hyperlinks insure that you can get to related info at the push of a button.

To access ALLDATA first visit the Brentwood Public Library website https://brentwoodnylibrary.org/

Select research 

Select ALLDATA Online home icon.

Enter your library card number and password.

If you forgot your library password, click on the forgot your password link on website. You must have an email address tied to your library card account in order to reset your password.

Once you log in select enter.

Select vehicle.

Select year and make of vehicle.

Then select model and engine of vehicle.

Now you can drill down to the area of interest. Take for example, if you wanted to know how and when to perform maintenance on your vehicle you could select maintenance.

If you wanted to change the oil on your vehicle select filters, then oil filter.

Now you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to replace oil filter in your vehicle.
