Summer Reading Challenge 2024

All Ages - Starts June 14th, and ends August 31st

Calling all adventurers! Get ready to set sail on a summer reading voyage with the Brentwood Public Library's Summer Reading Challenge! Summer Reading kicks off on June 14th and runs all the way through August 31st. It's open to everyone – children, teens, and adults alike. Don't miss out on fun activities and prizes!

Children

Up to age 12

Treasure Map Challenge

Activity Bingo Challenge
Thursday, August 1-Saturday, August 31

Adventure begins at your library this summer with our monthly activity challenges! Show your library card at the Children’s Desk to pick up your monthly activity board, full of reading and summer activity challenges. We will have two boards this summer; one board for mid-June through July and a second board for August. Each month that you complete your board, you will earn a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize basket! Winners will be contacted after August 1 for the Treasure Map Challenge and after September 3 for the Activity Bingo Challenge.

Teens

Teen Summer Reading Club: Adventure Begins at Your Library
Friday, June 14-Saturday, August 31

Join our Teen Summer Reading Club and try your chance at one of our awesome Raffle Baskets! Baskets will be displayed in the Teen Room starting Friday, June 14. There are several ways to earn raffle tickets:
• Completing our weekly teen scavenger hunts
• Completing Community Service Kits
• Completing weekly email surveys
• And more!

Adult Summer Reading Club: Adventure Begins at Your Library

Sign up with your Brentwood Library card. Review books, audiobooks, e-books, DVDs, manga, CDs, video games, magazines or graphic novels to be entered into our Summer Reading Raffles!
